Subject of the agreement
This agreement covers a consumer's purchase of a subscription to the iWatchUWatch digital service and is subject to Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
This page also serves as the pre-contractual information form: before moving to payment you are deemed to have read and accepted the information here.
Parties
Seller: identity and contact details appear at the top of this page.
Buyer (consumer): the person identified by the name and e-mail address registered on the account. The invoice is issued from the details you give at checkout.
Service and price
The service is software that keeps the same video, open on separate computers, in sync. No physical product is shipped.
| Plan | Period | Price (tax included) |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly subscription | 1 month | Price announced soon |
| Yearly subscription | 12 months | Price announced soon |
The current price is always shown on the pricing page and at checkout. A price change does not affect an in-progress subscription period.
New members get a 7-day free trial. No payment method is requested for the trial and it does not turn into a paid subscription on its own; when the period ends, access stops.
Payment
Payment is taken through the seller's payment provider. Card details are never passed to or stored by the seller; the payment page belongs to the provider.
The payment provider may act as the merchant of record for this sale. In that case the provider issues the invoice and carries the value-added tax obligation in the country of sale.
Unless cancelled, the subscription renews at the end of each period for the same amount. A reminder is e-mailed before the renewal date.
Performance and delivery
The service is performed electronically and immediately: access opens on your account once payment is confirmed. There is no separate delivery time or shipping.
Opening access depends on the provider's notification. If the notification is delayed you can check with "refresh status" on the account page, and write via the contact page if the problem persists.
Using the service requires Chrome 116 or newer with the extension installed. These requirements are stated on the download page.
Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of the agreement being made, without giving a reason.
However, the Distance Contracts Regulation excludes the right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in electronic form where performance has begun with the consumer's consent. For that reason, checkout takes your express consent that performance begins immediately and that the right of withdrawal will end. Without that consent no payment is taken.
The practical answer to that exclusion is the trial: you try the service free for 7 days before buying, so you decide without needing the withdrawal right. Details and refund terms are on the refunds and withdrawal page.
Obligations
The seller undertakes to:
- Provide the service as agreed and free of defects,
- Announce changes to price and terms in advance,
- Process personal data as stated in the privacy policy,
- Refund any paid but unused period if the service is discontinued.
The buyer undertakes to:
- Give accurate account details and keep them current,
- Not share the account or password with others,
- Follow the terms of service.
Complaints and disputes
Sending complaints first to the address on the contact page speeds up resolution. For disputes that cannot be resolved, the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at your place of residence has jurisdiction depending on the monetary threshold, which the Ministry of Trade updates annually.
For sales where the payment provider is the merchant of record, refund and invoice requests can also be raised through the provider's customer portal.
