Short answer
- There is a 7-day free trial before you buy; no card required.
- If you cancel, your access runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- Unused days are not refunded automatically — but we do refund if the service doesn't work.
- Accidental payments and double charges are refunded unconditionally.
The trial comes first
You try the product free for 7 days before buying. No payment method is requested for the trial and it never turns into a paid subscription on its own: when the period ends, access stops and nothing is charged.
That is a deliberate choice. Giving the trial without a card removes the "having to ask for a refund" situation up front: you see whether the service works for you without paying.
Withdrawal and its exclusion
In distance selling, a consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. The Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation excludes that right for services performed instantly in electronic form where performance has begun with the consumer's consent.
Because access opens immediately when you buy a subscription, the sale falls under that exclusion. For that reason checkout takes your express consent that performance begins immediately and that the right of withdrawal will end; without that consent no payment is taken.

How cancelling works
You cancel from "manage subscription" on the account page, in the payment provider's customer portal.
Cancelling does not cut access immediately. Your access runs to the end of the period you paid for and then does not renew. Cutting a paid period short would be both unfair and a cause for refund requests.
If a payment fails (expired card, insufficient limit) access is not cut immediately: while the provider keeps retrying, your access runs to the end of the period so you have a chance to update the card.
When we refund
The amount you paid is refunded in these cases:
- Double charge or wrong amount. Refunded fully and unconditionally.
- The service doesn't work. If sync cannot be established in your environment and can't be fixed within a reasonable time, the unused period is refunded pro rata.
- The service is discontinued. If the seller shuts the service down, any paid but unused period is refunded.
- First 14 days, if never used. If you never connected to a room after subscribing, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days.
We don't refund remaining days on the grounds of "I didn't use it" or "I changed my mind" after the service has been used. The trial is the answer to that.
How to ask for a refund
Write to the address on the contact page. Including these speeds things up:
- The e-mail address on your account,
- The date of the payment (visible on account → subscription),
- If the problem is technical, the extension's diagnostic log.
For sales where the payment provider is the merchant of record you can also open the request in the provider's customer portal; both routes reach the same place.
How long it takes
A request is assessed within at most 10 business days of arriving and the outcome is e-mailed to you. An accepted refund is sent back through the payment provider to the method used for the payment.
How quickly the amount appears on a card account depends on the bank and usually takes a few business days; that part is outside the seller's control.
